It's Wednesday which means it's time for Reading and Writing tasks. Today's focus will be on Part 1 Reading and Writing Part 1 - Essay.
Reading and Writng are linked in such a way that you need to READ MORE to enable you to WRITE BETTER.
This is also true for the reading parts in the exam. "How can I prepare for the reading exam?" I hear you asking me this all the time. One simple answer, READ.
The more you read, the more often the answers will come to you 'automatically'.
Here are some tips to help you complete Part 1 Reading,
- READ. Anytype on any subject. just read.
- Read the title to get an idea about what topic you're reading about.
- Look at the prepositions before and after the gap. Which words go with those prepositions? If they don't then they aren't the answer.

Planning an essay can sometimes be a minefield. Luckily I have found this cute little website that has an online essay planner!
It's great for leading you through the steps you need to take to create the best structure.
