Welcome Back!
It's been a long day, and I know that you'd rather rest but a little training before bedtime will help you sleep more peacefully.

Tips
  • Look at the title and any information you are given about the text.
  • Skim the texts for their general meaning.
  • Read carefully through the questions and underline any keywords and phrases.
  • Scan the text for the specific information that you need. Underline this information and write the question numer next to it.
  • When you have finished go back and look again at any questions you were unsure about.
  • Aim to spend 15 minutes on this task.
  • REMEMBER! The key is to look for the synonyms!

OK, now we need to get you writing. I know many of you won't choose to do the review in Part 2. However, on the day it may be the most attractive task on offer.
