Read, Circle and Write - Reading Part 1, Writing: Essay

Hello :)
Your nerves are now playing a major role in your life as you have just recieved the information sheets for you exam. A million questions are runnning through your minds. For this reason today's training is something many of you have requested we revise, Part 1 reading and How to write and Essay.
Reading Part 1 Tips
  • Read the whole text 1st. This will help you understand the full sentences better.
  • Underline the prepositions before and after the gap. These are major clues as to which word is needed.
  • If two answers have the same meaning. then neither will be the answer.
  • You need to revise synonims, collocations, phrasal verbs to be able to 'rock' this part.
  • I've said this so many times, even though your exam is round the corner it's still possible to improve by reading. Read anything, read a lot, read now!
  • A quick overview: READ the text, CIRCLE the prepositions, then WRITE your answer.
